Exotic Plantation Homes (St. Lucia) Limited is a company founded in 2006 by Clifford Maxim Sampson (Max) and Chris Crawforth. Max is a Lucian architect and constructor who has completed many house designs and construction projects over the last 30 years. Chris is a registered UK builder whose company was established in 1978 specialising in new homes.

The aim is to construct luxury homes is St. Lucia while preserving the tropical ecology of the island. All the homes will have solar hot water systems and rainwater collection, and wind powered electricity may be possible on certain sites.

The quality of our developments will not be compromised nor will the planet or St. Lucia.
